1. Sales performance statistics, assist sales in reconciling with customers, and create reconciliation statements;

2. Create orders and shipping orders according to the contract;

3. Assist in shipping and invoicing;

4. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

1. College degree or above is preferred;

2. Experience in administrative secretarial work is preferred;

3. Proficient in using office software;

1. Reception of visiting guests and maintenance of front desk hygiene;

2. Express delivery and receipt reconciliation, etc;
